Meet Heather Ferrari
Heather Ferrari is a passionate leader and a connector at heart. With a background in marketing and promotion, she’s worked alongside best-selling authors and multi-platinum musicians but what truly lights her up is celebrating the everyday triumphs of women in business.
Heather is not just the founder and president of The Women 360, she’s on a is on a mission to help women grow personally, professionally, and financially. Her deep-seated belief in the power of community is the very heart and soul of The Women 360 and the driving force behind everything she does.
A proud mama of three, a curious learner, and currently learning to play the drums (yes, really!), Heather leads with purpose, warmth, and an unwavering belief in the power of women supporting women.

Meet Cheryl Lacy
Cheryl Lacy serves as the Vice President of The Women 360, where she leads operations, content strategy, and social media engagement with passion and purpose. With a dynamic background spanning corporate marketing at DuPont, healthcare marketing leadership, and a tenure as Director of Development for a private school, Cheryl brings decades of experience and wisdom to everything she touches.
A devoted wife, proud mother of three daughters, and grandmother to six beloved grandchildren, Cheryl’s heart for family deeply informs her leadership style. Her Christian faith grounds her mission: to ensure every woman she encounters feels seen, valued, and worthy.
Whether she’s shining a light on a sister or managing behind-the-scenes logistics, Cheryl’s authenticity is felt wholeheartedly by all.

Meet Brandi Jones
Brandi Jones is The Women 360’s Executive Assistant overseeing not only all scheduling but the membership customer journey mapping. Her behind-the-scenes systems ensure that every member has an exceptional experience in our The Women 360 community.
After spending fifteen years in education, Brandi has brought her skills in organization and passion for helping others in the Business Development and Networking world through her support in growth and operations at The Women 360.
Brandi is a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She has a spent years investing in women of all ages through church ministry. She is especially passionate about mentoring and encouraging young women. We are honored to have her thoughtful leadership and genuine care of others as an invaluable part of The Women 360 team.
