When The Women 360 began, the vision was simple and deeply intentional. Create networking at its highest level, grounded in integrity, real sisterhood, and education that actually helps women grow businesses, not just feel inspired for an hour.
We planned to grow.
We just never imagined how quickly it would happen.
Over the last year, The Women 360 experienced 450% growth. Not because of flashy tactics or selling from the stage, but because we chose to build something different. We chose connection over competition. Depth over hype. Education over pressure.
From the beginning, we made a deliberate decision not to sell from the stage. We never wanted our sisterhood to feel transactional or performative. We wanted women to feel safe, supported, seen, and equipped. That choice shaped everything.
We introduced business education through a full year curriculum called Make Your Own Music, using music as a metaphor for building a business that is authentic, sustainable, and uniquely yours. Each month builds on the last, helping women clarify their message, strengthen their strategy, and grow with intention instead of overwhelm.
What started as three to five events a month has expanded into a vision of 137 events planned for 2026. That still takes our breath away. Not because of the number, but because of the impact behind it. Every event represents women gathering, learning, collaborating, and choosing to keep going.
Behind the scenes, growth like this is not glamorous. It is long days, late nights, constant refinement, and choosing people over ease. It is trusting God with the pace, the provision, and the pressure. It is staying anchored to the “why” when everything around you is expanding faster than expected.
This growth belongs to the women who showed up before it was popular. The ones who believed in sisterhood when it was easier to stay isolated. The ones who said yes to community, even when they were tired or unsure.
We are still building. Still learning. Still listening. And still committed to creating a place where no woman walks alone.
If this past year has taught us anything, it is this: when women are supported, educated, and truly seen, growth follows naturally.
And we are just getting started.
